Tumour response following high-dose intratumoural application of Viscum album on a patient with adenoid cystic cancer

The ten-month intratumoural application of a high-dose mistletoe therapy alone led to a partial tumour reduction in an 88-year-old patient with adenoid-cystic cancer of the hard palate, with the presence of inflammation verified by means of biopsy.

During therapy and in the follow-up of five months, the patient was in good condition and without functional limitations.

The case for mistletoe in the treatment of laryngeal cancer

A 68-year-old patient with aggressive, non-resectable laryngeal carcinoma, who received mistletoe therapy after palliative irradiation, recovered completely and was discharged from hospital.
