A 67-year-old patient with bilateral asynchronous renal cell cancer of the right kidney refused a second nephrectomy after surgery and detection of another lesion. He was treated only with intravenous and later, subcutaneous high-dose mistletoe therapy. During the following two and a half years the patient was free of progression.
